How to Dispense a Test
For practices that prefer, our sleep test kits can be consigned or leased to their office for patients to retrieve at the time of their visit.
If you elect this model, we recommend developing a dispense-and-return routine that integrates with your day-to-day workflow. Our representatives are available to help you get started and to assist you through the process.
Prepare The Test Kit And Instruction
It typically takes only a few minutes to dispense the sleep test kit from your office. It can be as simple as completing the Snap Test form and showing the patient the easy-to-follow three step setup guide.
Patients may also elect to follow along with our short video, read the step-by-step manual, or visit our website.

Send the Sleep Data to Snap for Analysis
When the completed test is returned to your office, the recorded sleep data can be sent to Snap electronically or by mail. We recommend the following to ensure efficient and timely processing.
-
Verify that paperwork is complete and signed
-
Document any special testing conditions, (e.g. with/without treatment, with/without medication, with/without alcohol)
-
Upload the recorded data electronically, or mail the data to Snap in the provided case and envelope
Test results typically take 3 to 5 business days, and once ready, will be sent directly to your office.
Note that turnaround time can vary due to test transit time and individual insurance policy requirements. Contact our support team to inquire about the status of a test.
